Arya Vidyapeeth Autonomous College has celebrated 400th Birthday of Bir Lachit Borphukan from 19/11/2022 to 24/11/2022 by conducting different events like Essay Competition on 19th November, Blood Donation camp on 20th November, Solo or Duet act performance by the students on 21st November, Painting Competition on 22nd November, screening of Documentary on Lachit Borphukan on 23rd November and Lighting of the lamp and flower offerings in front of the photo of Lachit Borphukan on 24th November. The entire event was organised by the Celebration and Cultural Committee of the College. President of G.B. Dr Pranabjyoti Das and Principal of the College Dr. Pradip Kumar Bhattacharyya delivered speech on 24th November.
