Women’s cell of Arya Vidyapeeth College celebrated International Women’s Day on 7th March, 2020, for 8th March was Sunday.

On the occasion, wall magazine of Women’s Cell was being inaugurated by Dr. Bandita Medhi Deka. The theme of the wall magazine is Women in Performing Arts in India. Later on, an on the spot poem writing
competition was being held for the students. A lecture was delivered by C.K.Jagdish on Women empowerment, women’s willpower and attitude. Students and teachers attended the function.
