This is to inform those who have applied for CM Jibon Prerona Scheme 2025, as per the laid down eligibility criteria by Govt. of Assam, are hereby asked to submit the Self-Declaration form duly signed by the candidate himself/herself by 11th of December 2025 at the College office during office hours.
