The Arya Vidyapeeth College Students’ Union 2018-19, for the first time, organised a cycling rally during it’s Annual College Week with a theme named as “Your Brain on Biking” on 3rd February 2019. The aim was to promote cycling in the campus & city and make everyone aware about it’s benefits to the society. The rally was inaugurated & led by the Bicycle Mayor of Guwahati, “Arshel Akhtar”. It was 30kms rally starting and ending at the college campus. Around 15 students participated in the rally. Refreshments were also provided to all at the end of the rally in the college canteen.
