On the occasion of 150th birthday of Father of the Nation ,the ECO CLUB of Arya Vidyapeeth College organized a Prize Money Wall Painting Competition among the students of the college, on this day the 2nd of October, 2019. The competition was inaugurated and judged by Sri Bandana Nath, an eminent artist of North East India. In inaugural lecture she appreciated The initiative of Eco club which helps in improvement of environment of the college and at the same time benefits Student’s creativity. She also made a wall painting for encouragement of the students. The event took place in presence of large number of students and faculty members. Total 12 teams participated in the competition.

The Principal of the college Dr P K Bhattacharyya encouraged the Students for their good works and said that he is happy to sponsor such programs for the welfare of the Students.
