Department of Biotechnology, Govt. Of India sponsored a three days Mathematica Training Programme held in the Department of Mathematics of Arya Vidyapeeth College from 14th to 16th November, 2019.

The inaugural speech of the programme was delivered by Dr. P. K. Bhattacharyya, principal of the college.The resource persons of the programme were Dr. Hemanta Kr. Sarmah, Dr. Debashish Bhattacharjee, Dr. Subhankar Roy and Dr. Ranu Paul from Gauhati University. Students and faculty members from deifferent colleges participated in the programme.
