The meeting was convened by the Convenor Dr. Chhandashree Bhuyan. Member Deboshree Bhattacharya conducted the meeting. The distinguished guest was Prof. Jogen Chandra Kalita Chairperson of the College Governing Body. The resource person was Dr. Rita Kakati Shah who is a Distinguished Alumna of King’s College London where she also serves on the Advisory Council of King’s Business School. Rita is also the recipient of the best voluntary service award from President Biden.

The meeting began with a Sanskrit shlok by Dr. Kamal Gautam (member). The meeting was attended by the other members Daisy Rani Hazarika and Suli Yohana Ayemi. This online meeting stressed on one of UGC’s prime requirements of Capacity building in students. The first session of this with the first co-hort will start on 5th September as suggested by the Distinguished guest.
