Summary on Capacity Building Course by Dr. Rita Kakati Shah for the Internationalization Wing of Arya Vidyapeeth College (Autonomous) – 1st Cohort

Introduction: A five week Capacity Building Course organized by the Internationalization Wing of Arya Vidyapeeth College (Autonomous) aimed at developing the skills and competencies of the 1st cohort of students from various departments of the college. Dr. Rita Kakati Shah, a distinguished resource person, conducted the sessions via the Zoom platform, with all sessions scheduled at 8 pm. The sessions were designed to provide insights into personal development, Confidence building, effective communication, negotiation and the art of persuasion, entrepreneurship, global business, sustainability and UNs Sustainable Development Goals, and gender equality. Each day was followed by a question and answer round, fostering an exchange of ideas among the participants and Dr. Rita.
