A popular talk was organised by the deptt. Of Education , Arya Vidyapeeth college(Autonomous) held on 14th November, 2022, on the topic “Silent killer –NCD –how to prevent?”. To deliver the talk Dr. Juthika Ojah HOD of Community Medicine of GMC was invited as the speaker of the day. The programme was started with a welcome address and a brief introduction of the speaker by the departmental faculty Dr.Rupamala Barman. The speaker Dr. Ojah was felicitated by a “Phulam Gamocha”.

The speaker started her deliberation with the importance of healthy life and for which we should be aware from very early period of our life. Dr.Ojah suggested students to take balanced and healthy diet, physical exercises etc. She also shared some healthy physical tips by showing some video clips. The Programme was ended by the vote of thanks which was offered by HOD Dr. Ranju Medhi.
